Digital Products & Toolkits
Due to the digital nature of our products, including downloadable toolkits, templates, guides, and other digital resources, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Consulting Services & Packages
For consulting services, strategy sessions, and service packages, payments are non-refundable once services have begun.

If a client chooses to cancel services before work has started, refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

For ongoing or monthly services, clients may cancel future services according to the terms outlined in their service agreement.
Non-Transferable Purchases
All purchases are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed without written permission from New Lee Solutions Consulting.
