Services Disclaimer

All services provided are consultative and educational in nature. While we offer guidance on business setup, organization, accounting basics, marketing, branding, operations, and event coordination, we do not provide legal or tax filing services.

Clients are responsible for completing and submitting all official applications, registrations, and filings (including LLC formation, EIN registration, tax filings, and bank account setup).

Nothing on this website or during consultations should be considered legal or tax advice.

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

For ongoing or retainer services, payments are due according to the agreed schedule.

Failure to submit payment on time may result in delayed or paused services.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, all packages are non-refundable once work has begun.

If you need to reschedule or pause services, please contact us as soon as possible.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery of services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Submit requested documents in a timely manner

• Respond to communications promptly

• Participate actively in their project

Delays caused by lack of communication or missing information may affect project timelines.

Scope of Services

Each package includes only the services outlined in the selected agreement or package description.

Any additional requests outside of the agreed scope may require an added fee.

Turnaround Time

Project timelines vary depending on the service selected and client responsiveness. Estimated timelines will be provided during onboarding, but are not guaranteed.

Communication

Primary communication will be handled via email unless otherwise agreed upon. Response times are typically within 1–2 business days.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Discovery calls and meetings must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

While we strive to help every client achieve success, results are not guaranteed. Business growth depends on many factors including client participation, market conditions, and individual effort.

Intellectual Property

All materials created (including strategies, documents, designs, and content) remain the intellectual property of this business until full payment is received. Once paid, clients may use materials for their own business purposes only.
